The FieldVoted one of Scotland’s ‘BEST SHOOTS’ in January 2009 by The Field Magazine.

Pheasant and Partridge

The Dalreoch Estate is proud of the diversity of the bags. Pheasant, partridge, woodcock, duck and snipe are shot on ground of approx 3000 acres of hill ground and woodland. There are 15 main drives covering a mixture of woodland, glades and ‘off hill’ shooting in ravines and gullies. Bags vary from 75 to 400 birds. Quality driven pheasants and partridges are driven from mature woodland and high ground cover crops. The steep hills of the valley challenge guns with numerous high, fast birds.
